This membership was well worth the initial price - we saved several hundred dollars on our initial purchases and then also received additional savings within a month due to matching of sale prices around the holidays.

When I bought a recent large item I was able to add a Best Buy Plus membership at basically no cost. After that I purchased security cameras which included an additional Plus member discount so this plus membership is already paying for itself and I’ve only had it about 1 month!

I tried to cancel my membership plan and nobody from Best Buy let me know if I was successful in canceling my membership plan online. I am not the most tech savvy person on the planet and would like to know if I was successful in cancelling my membership plan. If someone could email me back, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

The option to return things is a bonus. I also like saving money. It does make me more likely to buy from BestBuy. Price matches Amazon.

This membership really was worth it. I had recently purchased a laptop and it stopped charging. It was in the 30 to 60 day window after purchase. The BB Plus Membership gets you a 60 day return policy. I went back to the store and they just swapped mine out for a new one. Great customer service!

It's okay. The protection plan's are good .Just haven't used it enough to give a great review .

I love this membership because I have more time to return my purchases and because I had a great discount in the product when I got the membership

I'm glad I took theme to listen to the salesperson. Normally, I just forgo theses types of offers, but this has definitely been worth my while.

was told it would extend some return lengths but havent seen that. seems to save somw money if you can find the products. its ok.

I had the worst time getting a had a stock TV delivered to the store for pick up. The TV was finally delivered and it was damaged. They had to re-order it and then they gave my pick up person a hard time. They told him that it wasn’t there and they sent him away and then when he came back two days later, they told him the order was canceled and they weren’t gonna give it to him. There was nobody available to help me navigate through this

So many Benifits to use the membership of Best Buy. I enjoyed heavy discount with early offerings and offerings to members

Geek squad is great. However, it is so difficult to pay bills online via mobile or computer, it is temptingvto discontinue using my BB credi card.

With My best buy plus you get 2 day free shipping and 60 day return policies which is absolutely incredible. I was able to return items after trying them out and was able to swap them for something better which made me very happy with how easy and convenient best buy plus is.

This membership is good if you buy often in bestbuy with my only issue being that the deals they have are not what I’m interested in

This membership is a real value and use it to purchase appliances, televisions, computers and a sound bar. Also used the GeekSquad to install above items.

Recommend if you are a frequent Best Buy customer.

Best buy is a great store to shop with amazing discounts but the customer service is not the best.
