This membership does not offer many savings on items that interest me. Hasn't been much of a value thus far.

Since I had this membership I have saved $100s. I’ve only had it for 2 months but the perks are amazing especially if you are a gamer! All the gift cards for Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo are 15% off and switch games are buy 2 get 1 free! Amazing value if you’re a collector or buy many things digital!

It is nice to be able to review your purchases. Discount rebates are difficult to the point of worthlessness.

We signed up while making major purchases but havent used it since. We have had reeuirements but it hasnt been worth the purcahse at best buy We had the WoRSt customer service experice with the lady who Manages the TV & electronics department in Roseville CA. ans will never return to Best Buy. The sales guy/department head was awesome

Love membership and knowing my items are covered in case of any problems. Also being the first to know about new and any items coming on sale.

When I do use Best Buy, I enjoy the benefits of the Best Buy Plus Membership.

Installation of product was great. In store customer service is inconsistent.

Make sure when you purchase this that they merge it with your existing Best Buy account or you will regret it. Trust me it’s been frustrating getting this done

What I found different with bestbuy is that there's clear differentiation between plus members and non plus members unlike other companies which makes it feel worthwhile putting additional money on. Be it the additional discounts, sale events, drops, customer support etc

So far I haven’t really used it as much as I thought I would. Still trying to figure out if it is worth it…

Paying 'membership' for fake deals is stupid. A bunch of the 'deal' items can be found for the same price or better, natively, at competitors. 'Early access'/fake hype nonsense? No thank you. I'll stick to normal, ethical business & consumer practices. The main reason i bought into this scam, was the advertisement of the game department; buy more pre-order games at once for actual cost savings. You then immediately gutted it after you got more 'membership' numbers. Your shipping is still slow; you ship out those orders a day or two late, so they'll always arrive AFTER release day. Trying to get BB to price match one of the competitors is like trying to win an arm wrestling contest against a body builder. Your 'rewards' program is still garbage. And now you're trying to escape the physical media market? You've fallen hard. You're even going the same way Sears did, and it hurts watching it. My part in this scam ends now, it's time to cancel it.
