The extra return time is nice, this also netted me about $50 saved on my washer and dryer purchase. They will automatically honor the member pricing if you add it to your cart, which is nice.

Not impressed. Just generates more e-mail to sell me stuff. I use Best Buy for the convenience, and not very often, perhaps once or twice a year. The membership doesn't really present any real value to me, from my perspective.
