One of the membership features was price match on items on sale within 60 days. This feature was not honored when I requested it shortly after buying a refrigerator. Very disapointed on a membership that doesn't honer the features it advertises.

Ok so I wanted the discount on the stove, and adding the membership launched a great big discount. It was like pay $50 for a $300 discount. That’s a no brained. And I got the discount. Other than that I haven’t really seen how Its worth much

Have seen little benefit of having the My BestBuy Plus membership. I'd been told protection plans were discounted with the membership but it was only during the special promotion going on at the time. Have enjoyed the extended return time frame.

So far, this seems to be somewhat of a good value for the money after purchasing a washer and receiving the discount from purchasing the membership membership paid for itself. In addition to other discounts on hoses and delivery et cetera period we will see. How much value this provides going forward

I received a special $5 coupon for being a member but when i went to use it, the representative said I did not have a $5 coupon in the system. I had to step aside, find my email with the coupon and then wait in line again, all for a $5 discount.

I don't plan to renew my membership. Since returning the printer I bought from you because it didn't work, I have not been back, and I doubt I ever will be. The main thing I used to purchase from you was movies, and you stopped carrying those.

Im glad I purchased the membership while I was buying my dryer and refrigerator. A week later I needed a new television , and the $ 50 gift card made my purchase go down to $ 104. What a deal. Thanks for offering the membership.

I returned a computer and this plus membership gives the option of returning in 90 days after using product.

I have not had a chance to use this benefit yet but I will definitely look at future purchases at Best Buy instead of competitors. The personal assistance that I received from the sales person swayed me to purchase from your store.
