I wasn’t sure about this at first but after the Best Buy rep explained all the benefits of it, it was kind of a no brainer. Especially with having returns up to 60 days is a great option. I was told it’s still a new product that they offer so I’m still learning the benefits but overall I really like it.

When I come to Best buy your employees and a great help. Sometimes they even give me some great deals.

The item we bought went on sale weeks later. I have not yet seen the adjustment in our notices from Best Buy. I called Best Buy Plus and the lady said we should hear from you in 4 0r 5 business days. That time has passed. MM

Have not really used much of the benefit, the 60 days is nice tho, and some of the deals are useful.

Great value. Best Buy Plus membership works for anybody that shops at Best Buy.

It’s a piece of mind. Like having insurance that you may not use or ever need but knowing that all your devices are covered and replaceable gives you a piece of mind. It’s worth the price for all that’s included. Repairs (sometimes same day), replacements, etc

I didn't feel I got much benefit from it and didn't buy enough from best buy to make it worthwhile.

So far it’s a nice membership! Gives me discounts as well!
