Never buy One!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Daughter's Nabi broke 8 months after it was purchased. We called customer service and was on hold 2 hours!!!!! When all the info was taken we were told we would receive a call the next day. Never received a call. Called them back another 2 hour wait for the same response. I told them I will not wait for a return call that never happens. I was hung up on. Nabi has the worst customer service and their product is awful. I had one broken hearted 4 year old

Don't buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 3 of these because of the good reviews here. Opened one and it wouldn't power on correctly. After troubleshooting I found many many reviews with the same issues within 6 to 12 months. I returned all 3. I've never bought a product and had such issues. There's a reason it's such a low price....it's low quality! So more further research on reviews beyond Bestbuy!!!! Nabi FAIL!
