Q: What is the recommended age for the DreamTab? Are games already downloaded on the tablet?
A: 6 and up. Yes there are games loaded on it. There is Dream Pro Suite that comes on it that allows him to edit videos, create a movie, write or illustrate a book or edit a photo.
A: There is a slot for an SD card. However, if it's like the Nabi 2, you can only store photos, music, etc on the card; no apps.
Q: What is the lifetime of the battery once fully charged?
A: Last my granddaughter at 6 hrs of none stop usage.
Q: can my kid watch you tube videos on this tablet
A: Yes, you can go in to parent mode and allow YouTube but it will not be content/language filtered. You can also download YouTube Kids from the play store (also in parent mode) then allow that in kid mode (this is what i have available for my 4 year old).
Q: Is it possible to switch the language of the tablet to Spanish?
A: I'm pretty sure this is possible, like other Android tablets.. Log in as the parent, got to the settings and scroll down to the Personal section to change the language.
Q: what is on the back of nabi?
A: You can add Kinabi letters or Kinabi interest sets. They help personalize the tablet for your child. Also the Nabi stand connects to the back.
Q: Can my child watch movies without internet connection/wifi?
A: It should if it is on the SD card. If not, it won't! That's the only drawback to this tablet.
Q: My daughter tablet wont turn on.
A: I had this same problem it was a defect in the Nabi. I bought the insurance took it back to Best Buy and they just exchanged it for a new one otherwise had to send it back to Nabi to be repaired. Hope this helps
