I had this same problem it was a defect in the Nabi. I bought the insurance took it back to Best Buy and they just exchanged it for a new one otherwise had to send it back to Nabi to be repaired. Hope this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes you have to puso the bottom down for 5 seconds and after that time the tablet has to turn on. If it doesnt bring it to a nearest best buy.
