    No good instructions on programming the Botvac. Most tutorials have to do with taking it out of the box, charging it, etc.

    It is hard to set up a cleaning schedule. We set a schedule on it and it runs other times than what is set up.

    We have had this item for almost 2 years. It will randomly stop, has many issues going back to its base, spins in the same spot at least once while in use without anything blocking it. It does work great when it wants too. But, I’m heartbroken after spending $$$ and not exactly getting what I expected..

    The first time my robot connected to the neato servers, it registered two duplicates of itself. This causes the robot to beep nonstop while it tries to connect and reconnect to the neato servers. It drains the battery quickly. Their support has not been able to resolve the duplication registration in over a month, which is how long i have been going back and forth with them. It takes them at least a week to respond to each email reply. Its apalling. Even after deleting my account, trying to register with a new one, and everything else their "support" recommended, I am now unable to register the robot at all and receive the error that the serial number is already registered. I cant return it to best buy because it is past the 15 day mark. I should have returned it right away after it wouldnt work correctly from day one. I am now stuck with a non-connected robot that I could have paid a few hundred less for.

    Great robo-vac

    Bought this as an upgrade for an older Neato (XV series) that I still love. 1) It's not a replacement for a regular vacuums, but does greatly reduce the frequency I break out my Dyson. 2) The "connected" feature isn't ready for prime time yet. I'm a tech freak and it took me about an hour to get it connected to my phone & tablet. Had to go the manual connection route and do it 2-3 times before it synced up right. I think the app needs upgrades, possibly also the robot needs a flash (none available at this point). Once I got it connected it works as advertised; manual driving mode is a gimic, but the scheduling & starting/stopping is much easier from my Nexus phone/tablet than using the lcd buttons. Push notifications for "im stuck" is nice too, especially for cleaning on a different floor than where you are. 3) The side brush is a great upgrade compared to the previous model line (which would leave baseboards needing attention), however it's only attached with a magnet, so it fell off and now I can't find it (one star lost for this). 4) I love turning this thing on and doing something else while my floors are cleaned for me. 5) This new model is about half as loud as the XV series, even on Turbo mode. Haven't tried 'Eco' yet, which is touted to be quieter.

    Hooked up the bluetooth, hooked up w/ Alexa, ready to go. worked perfect, 1 time. after that it stood in the same place and did nothing. repeated attempts to reset...no bluetooth, no Alexa. Same thing. Took it back for a full refund..

    Bought this strictly because it was deal of the day. Not as advertised. Battery life is poor. Gets stuck on the carpet edges. I replaced this with a newer model fro differnt manufacturer . I will not recommend this.

    If I could give this product zero stars I would. I purchased this product to make cleaning easier for my elderly mother but instead it has made it harder for her. This product is supposed to help with keeping the house clean and unfortunately I have experienced issues with the filter. Somehow dirt has been trapped inside of the filter along with loud weird noises. I have called the customer service line a numerous amount of times and every time they are completely unhelpful and they disconnect the phone without giving me a solution. I was excited for this product and I was let down.

    The thing would not charge up. It had a half charge when it arrived, plugged it in to charge fully but the charge slowly disappeared as if it was in use. Whatever I tried it would not take a charge. Returned.
