Product as a vacuum is amazing, I give the poor score because of the battery life and the manufacturers abysmal support. The battery does not last long enough to do 600sqft without a "quick charge" that takes around 2 hours. I actually purchase 2 one for downstairs and one for upstairs. Both have a similar issue. Tech support told me the battery only lasts upto 75 minutes, if it doesn't last that long it is what it is as it will auto resume after charging. So I am returning to get a better supported brand.

Neato cleans without all the back breaking of a regular vaccum. This is the 3rd Neato we bought from Best Buy so we can keep one on every floor of the house. It’s great!

This is the second Neato I've purchased. First one still works great and decided it was worth buying a second one for the upstairs.

Great vacuum! We like the upgrades from older models...especially the floor plan option that allows you to keep it from entering certain rooms by using your phone.

this is great, but has some flaws that are being worked on for larger floor plans. I am thinking of getting one upstairs as well but I haven't tried it on carpet yet

Does a good job, but, does not sinc to 5gb wifi. Spend 2 days trying to get it going, but it is a 2.4 go only.

My wife loves it! Works great on hard floors, don't have any carpet. Many of the parts can be replaced which is awesome.

This is the second one that I have had and love it even more. With all the extra added features, bells and whistles, you cannot help it but fall in love with this vacuum.

Don't buy it. Even if it has a LIDAR, the vacuum path is not optimized, passes the same area over and over again. Battery life is very short, even for small one bedroom apartment. Impossible to do a specific zone cleaning. Outdated hardware and application. There are much better options available.

Worked liked I Hope. But after a few runs it started to be louder. It might be the bottom brush.

Although the other reviews on here seem like they enjoyed this vacuum, we must of had a “dumb” vacuum. We returned this item bc it kept constantly getting stuck or not returning to its charging base. Would miss a lot of spots which defeated its purpose. The design always caused it to get stuck.

I love the neato vacuum. It vacuums everyday goes under furniture. I cant believe what it finds.

Love my Botvac!! Great with pets. Had a Roomba previously and this is much better!

First off the this robot vacuum looks great and I like the design compared to others on the market. It has what they call a honeycomb design that almost looks like faux carbon fiber. I know I’m getting excited about how a vacuum looks but I like aesthetics as well as function. The D shape of the botvac also helps it vacuum corners. The initial setup was easy. I just downloaded the app and connected the Neato Botvac D4 to my WiFi. During the initial run the D4 maps out the room using laser smart technology. It’s pretty cool that you can see it on the app. What’s even cooler is that you can then set no go boundaries for the botvac. The app itself is easy to use which I like. The Neato botvac D4 works with google home, amazon Alexa, IFTTT which is a plus. I also like that it cleans in straight lines unlike others that I have tried that kind of just bounce around off objects at random. This cleans much more efficient. It also has a turbo mode that boosts suction power. Cleaning out the trash bin is easy and it holds a lot of trash. Overall I am very happy with the D4 Botvac.

I bought the very first model Neato put out and it finally kicked the bucket. It was a great vacuum

The machine itself worked well but I could never connect to WiFi even after I replaced my router.
