Q: How do you handle the tassles/fringe on the ends of rugs
A: If they're long enough to be sucked up into a normal vacuums spinning brush then they will be sucked up into the Neato's brush as well. However, it does stop cleaning and notify you the moment it detects something like a tassle/string getting tangled in the brush.
