This is the best money I have ever spent. For someone who works 55+ hours a week, the last thing I want to do is come home and vacuum. With 2 dogs inside this house, this makes sure that I'm able to come home with at least 1 thing check off my list ever day.

I've owned several brands over the years and by far the Neato has the best mapping technology of all that I've used. The floor plan it generates is quite accurate and it seems to be good at finding its way home most of the time. In one case, it did get caught on a cat toy and was not placed close enough to its original location. The runtime is pretty good , even on it's high performance setting. My house is a two story and we bought it for upstairs. It cleans about 500 sq ft of floor space and has 55% charge left. The one issue I see is that the filters do get dirty pretty quick. One of the other products I bought had a washable filter and I preferred that greatly.

This is the second Neato vacuum we have purchased. We loved our first one so much that we bought one for an elderly parent. It will make her housekeeping a lot easier.

The vacuum does a fantastic job on carpet and hardwood floors. The only drawback is that it occasionally gets stuck in fairly open spaces.

Had a few issues in the beginning but called and support helped me out. Cleans well and automatically which is great. I need to find out how to change cleaning patterns yet.

Excellent robot with a good system of manipulation through the application. One problem is with the cleaning brush on the side that stop working to many times.

I love my neato d5. Turned it on from the office today and had it do a cycle. Picked up everything and made my livingroom look spotless. My coworker wants one now

I love this robot vacuum. It is so nice to just turn her on and she cleans all our rooms. Than she finds her charging base with not a problem. My husband is enjoying her also. So easy and so nice to have floor’s looking good all the time.

I cannot say enough great things about this little robot. He (Harry) has made my life so much easier. Easy set up and away he goes. We have 6 kids & 4 dogs and Harry keeps up with the messes!

I was so tired of vacuuming everyday to keep the dust and dog hair under control. I have 2 dogs that both shed. Running the neato botvac D5 every morning helps keep the dog hair under control. It's amazing at the amount of dirt and dog hair that it picks up.

This vacuum is great. Does a great job but had a problem finding the docking base when finished cleaning. Also it is kinda loud. Others then that, I love it.

So far it is working just as I hoped it would! I mainly wanted because we have a Golden Doodle, does not shed, but when we take her out on wet grass and dirt, she has so much sand and dirt in her paw hair that I cannot keep a handle on sweeping everyday.

Good vaccuum. Sometimes it seems to get confused and just shimmy back and forth. Have had for 2 months and lately seems to be getting stuck more than normal. Cleans great

This little botvac cleans excellently. It picks up everything in its path. It does not require the use of the smartphone app to work. The smartphone app allows the vac to do more specialized cleaning that remembers rooms and lines.

I have always been skeptical about robot vacuums. i have a ranch home with 4500 square feet on each level. So any haphazard way of vacuuming would just not work. I must say I am very impressed with the Neato D5. After a test run on each floor, some minor movement of chairs and moving up some wires, i just start this on its way and go do other things. It maps out the floor, avoids the stairway, finds its way back to the charging station when it needs recharging and essentially goes about its business without much intervention. Every so often i get a message to come and empty its bin, but that is about it. It seems to clean very well, the debris bin is easy to remove and clean, and the brushes are also super easy to remove and clean. So we'll see how it holds up, but right now I can only complement Neato on a job well done.

I was very skeptical at first as to how this vacuum would work. To my surprise it does a great job cleaning and hardly get stuck on anything. It’s a lifesaver if you have a dog who sheds a lot.

After looking at many reviews online I decided to go with this unit. We have not been disappointed. We have a 1700 SF home and this little guy easily handles the whole home without needing to recharge. Great buy, would highly recommend it.

It maps your floorplan and you can add no go lines to keep it from going in a room if you want. Alexa compatible for regular cleaning. Absolutely amazing vacuum. will recharge if not finished and resume with fresh charge.

I had never heard of Neato before seeing it on the shelf. I researched on line in the store and saw that it was found by third party labs to be far superior to the better known brand, so I took a chance. Now Sheldon is part of the family!

I'm a fan of the Neato Robotics. Don't buy those cheap knockoffs. You get what you pay for. Neato maps and cleans the house in a systematic and efficient way. Other vacs just wander around aimlessly.
