Product is great for cleaning the floors berween using the upright vacuum cleaning. This is the second one i purchased for the upstairs floor.

Paired with Alexa. Very easy to set up and use. It is louder then expected. Suction is suprisingly good. Cleans adges and corners too. Transitions very well from and to carpets. Highly recommend it to busy moms

It’s a decent vacuum, gets up all the pet hair in the house and it tries it’s hardest to clean every spot. Gets out of jams on its own most times.

Bought this Botvac D5 to replace a Roomba that we just purchased elsewhere. This D5 is far superior to the Roomba in many ways. The D5 has all the cleaning power and options we needed at a fantastic price.

This thing works great on pet hair! It gets full each time a run it. It will clean about 1200 sf before it needs to charge, but will start back where it left off. Much more dependable than my old D80.

The vacuum is fun to see work. Does get stuck on silly things. Also goes over some small shifts in flooring. It sends me a text when it's done or stuck.

We've been using Neato BotVac 80 for a few years and this is a very good upgrade. It navigates around obstructions a lot better and being able to control through an app and Alexa does provide some value.

Vacuum works wonderfully. Does need to be emptied half way through but does a great job. We put it to the max and had to use our best buy warranty to get a brand new one. Running it 6 days a week.

Neato does a very good job on the tile floors, it picked up all the dirts. My floors were so smooth. This is a much smarter vac than the old Roomba which we owned. Very happy with that purchase.

This is the second Neato we have had The first one we had about 5 years and used it at least 3 times a week. When it stopped operating correctly I looked at the descriptions and reviews and bought another brand that also "mopped" yea right. never was happy with the way it operated vacuuming so my wife never even tried the mop function and 90% of the time it needed help finding its charging station, the cost was about the same but the other was on sale which brought it down to the same price as this one. All that being said The neato brand never disappoints us, it functions as it should and it is simple to operate. When this one wears out I will only buy another Neato.

Great on corners, needs a little more battery but works great. I ended up getting the next model up.

So we've had the Neato (aka Megatron) for a month now and I love it!! If you're a parent then you KNOW the messes our kids make! Neato to the rescue! I just turn it on and put it on spot clean and it cleans up that area. It also has a setting for a full house clean and it maps out our house and gets every room and every possible spot it can reach! I'm always amazed how much it can pick up! If it gets stuck in a tight corner, it lifts the back wheel kinda like a hydrolic and gets out of the tight area! I can have it clean the house twice before it needs to be charged. I'm thoroughly Impressed and highly recommend the Neato! Buy it, you won't regret it! :)

This model doesn't officially support Alexa, but thanks to the open API there is a community SmartApp in SmartThings. This makes the Botvac D5 appear as a switch in your SmartThings setup, which you can control with Alexa or with routines. I have mine set to go off once per day when we leave the house. The Dock placement was much more flexible than the manual and website indicated - mine barely fits under the bottom shelf of a console table and is totally hidden from view. The botvac returns home ever time with no issues. It has no problems moving from laminate/hardwood floors onto a very tall pile area rug in my living room, or onto the marble lip in front of my fireplace. Extremely happy with this purchase.

We have three of these in our family and I can’t say enough good things about them. If you find out someone is coming over this afternoon, you can make your house look like it was just cleaned with little effort. Wonderful to keep up with dog hair. We have one on each level of our house, and I bought one for my daughter for Christmas. She said it’s absolutely the best present she’s ever gotten in her life. (She has two bulldogs and a two-year-old ). I have had to call the 800 number ones and they were quick and courteous to help me resolve my problem. They even sent me a follow-up email to make sure the problem is resolved

Works pretty well. Sometimes it will prematurely stop cleaning and go back to its base.

We've tried a number of the competitors and settled on the D5. Good interface with the mobile app and it does a thorough job. It has no issue with remembering the maps.

We love Rosie the robot vacuum! This is our second Neato. Connection by app is extremely helpful. It picks up everything on carpet, hardwood and tile. You won’t be disappointed

This guy navigates way better than a roomba, doing a border and grid pattern rather than just circling until he hits a bump. He even sends you a map of what he cleaned when he finishes!

I was very shocked on how well this item worked when I opened the tray to clean it out was shocked how much dirt and hair it picked up when my wife cleaned the day before

I have had many robots over the years. This one is my favorite. It handles the throw rugs beautifully. It has yet to return home on it's own, though. Neato could definitely improve the connection technology at the base. If it doesn't do the "the little jiggle" it tends not to charge. It seems less needy than last year's model, which needed to be cleaned more. I had to keep cotton swabs and a can of air available at all times. With this one so far neither have been needed.
