Great for basic floor plan

I bought this machine and try it out for a week. Most of the time it get stuck under table between the chair. I need to move it to second floor with open floor plan and it work well with that.

Great robot vacuum

Worked great until Brush issues

The Brush became defective and the NEATO support team are not responsive. Thankfully there is the GEEK Squad, but I'm upset, after spending $$ at BB that I cannot exchange. Now I have to WAIT for a repair.

Great little vacuum

She does what you tell her, and stays away from things you don't want her getting into. You can draw "no go" lines on a map of the floor plan of your house to keep it out of the kids play room for example. It's really amazing and kinda fun to watch it figure out how to clean your house. Only minor complaint is that it does so well, that the dirt bin fills up fast. First world problems.

Well worth every penny

It's amazing! Very thorough and quiet. I have (bamboo floors) 3 cats and it picks up all the hair, dust and litter. It goes up under the bed and furniture beautifully. That's the main reason I was looking for a robotic since I have a bad back. It's design makes much more sense to me since it's shaped like a "D" instead of a circle. It gets all the way up against the wall, etc..
