Would not recommend at all. Repeadidly gets stuck, had to clean out the brushes on the first use and would not go back to charging station when battery ran out. It kept sending me app notifiactions constantly that it was stuck (we have a ranch style home with open floor plan), that the battery was almost gone and that I needed to pick it up and carry it back to the charging base. We never even got a full house vacuuming / mapping from it. Returned after the first use. The only thing I did like about this was it's far more thorough in its mapping of the house vs. that robot vacuums that just bounce all around off everything. If you don't mind sitting and watching / baby sitting it, then it will work for you. Not our cup of tea.

So far I like “Rosie” my robot. She is still learning my house. I don’t use her everyday only because we don’t have WiFi set up in the house yet so I have to turn her on manually. I have another one for upstairs that I have had for 4 years and it’s at the repair shop for the first time. So I can’t give an exact fair review especially on the connectivity part and running it thru my phone app due to no WiFi. It she does an excellent job on the floors.

We had an old Roomba that had the battery die twice on us so we decided to upgrade to a new one. We tried the Roomba Connected. We were excited to get it going but no matter what we did the thing would not suck. It left debris on the floor and on the carpet. What is the point of having a vacuum that doesn't suck things up? So, we decided we had to go back to the Neato and we could not be happier.

this is my 2nd Neato. just like first one, love it. cleans well and effective and efficient. good clean within good amount of time. newly added features are AWESOME. map of area cleaned, amount of time it took, send me a message when done or paused or stuck. AWESOME!! one thing to see. my first broke down after two years. let's see how long this one lasts. but, no worries. i have geek squad protection this time. :)

I really like this robot vacuum it does a really good job. The only issue I see that needs to be fixed is it gets stuck time to time and has a hard time going back home when you have the charger on carpet. It doesn’t always line up right to charge on carpet, so we leave the base on the hardwood floor

Great for cleaning under the bed and furniture and all unreacheable spots in the house
