I've owned a Neato since the D85 model sold by one of those membership stores (the white/blue/red one, not the blue/grey one) since 2014 and it has never failed me. I came on a sale on the D5 and it's even better. Same laser tracking but now with the app so you can see exactly what got cleaned and what did not.

Cleans whole house on one charge, would like a better dust bin option.

Love the Neato D5 and Best Buy offered the lowest price on it. Compared to other sites it was $300.00 cheaper. I use it every day and everyday I am getting a full bin of dirt, so it definitely works. It doesn't get stuck, I love the NO GO LINES which is the reason I originally purchased it for. I researched it and I am so glad this was the ONE!

This works really well. We just set the app and let it run.

Under $200 for a navigating robo vacuum. So far so good!

I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it over other options. The only thing is if you have a dog like mine who hates the robot, your dog will take its revenge. My dog pee on the robot and broke it. I, therefore, recommend you buy the insurance offered by Best Buy. You won't regret it.

Bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves it. It is not a deep cleaning sweeper but works great for a quick cleanup. She usually acctivates it from her phone and it is finished before she gets home. Great for when unexpected company calls.

We haven't used our Dyson Animal since we bought the Neato.

I have used my little helper twice, and so far the vacuum has worked as promised. We are working out a few issues with him getting stuck- he kindly sent me a text asking for help! It's nice to have one less chore to do.

Excellent robot vacuum for our house. It cleans very well on a daily basis and gives us more time to spend time with the family. Had some issues in the first try may be system was trying to navigate its area to clean but we gave a second try and it figured out its area and works perfectly fine since then.

The vac itself is a much better product from the previous model. My only complaint is not being able to schedule it on the machine. It has to be done on the app thru a WiFi connection and it doesn’t always connect.

We really appreciate this vacuum. It helps keep the dog hair in check, and the auto run feature is great. Wish the bin was larger, and wish the rotor was more durable. Also wish it learned to no go where it always gets stuck.

I bought two of these. One for the bedrooms and one for the living room and kitchen areas. I can not tell you how much time I have saved cleaning!!! While Otto and Lotto are busy vacuuming I can be doing laundry, cooking, or even grocery shopping!!! Great value!

Purchased this to help with constant animal hair on wooden floors. Works wonderful. The only issue is how easily it gets stuck and needs assistance. Also, the magnetic brush comes off easily and is hard to locate.
