This vacuum has far exceeded my expectations. It is fast, efficient, and quite the center of attention! It gets areas other vacuums can't reach and all while I'm enjoying a relaxing glass of wine! No more complaints about having to take care of the floors! We even took it to mom's house, now she's getting one!

I loved this Botvac D5 until it stopped working. I think there was a software issue with the vacuum. Luckily we had Geek Squad protection and it was replaced.

My Neato Vacuum was a good buy at a great price! I did utilize the Geek Squad Protection Plan while under warranty to my satisfaction and I was good to go again! I have recommended the vacuum to several friends some of who bought it as well.

Excellent product that cleans up the dog hair on both carpet and hardwoods. Experienced times where the robot does not charge and connect with the base and therefore doesn’t run on schedule.

This technology is very useful, regardless wether you never stop with work and other family chores, or retired and just like to relax... A bit pricey, but such is most technology that is classified as useful.

Having previously had a gen 1 Roomba, I was a little skeptical. Tech has made huge improvements. Works well. We are using in a fairly open room, so no idea how it would do in room with lots of furniture.

I've tried iRoomba, Samsung, and the more expensive Neato and this D5 beats them all! It does the job without having problems. I can use "no-go-lines" so it doesn't run over electric cords, etc which the Samsung & iRoomba can't do. The top Samsung is #2 though.

This is my first robot vacuum. I was a little hesitant that it would actually work, but it does!! It had a little trouble redocking itself at first but that is understandable. Love it!

Robot does all it says it will do. Only problem is getting the app to work. Need to adjust security features for the app to be online with robot. Tech support from your internet provider needed.

This is a great vacuum overall. It does it lost once in a while and it will forget to go charge itself occasionally. However the app keeps you informed and it has been a real time saver

This is my third neato robotic vacuum in as many years. Neato works great for about a year then begins to have issues. The current d6 modle we bought to replace our second d3 model. Recently the vacuum has not been working all that well, it asks to be rebooted almost on a daily basis. I have followed the recomended troubleshooting to no avail. We bought the extended wananty which we may have to use once again.

Absolutely enjoy this purchase! Did a lot of reviewing on multiple manufacturers such as Dyson, Samsung & iRobot. All searches described that this model was better than the best iRobot's most expensive device. Would definitely buy again if I needed another botvac.

I have used roombot and Samsung, but I was most impressed by this product. Especially the mapping skills. One draw back it has a smaller waste container then any product I have tested, but unlike the others it packs the container full. Great suction.

This is our first robot vacuum and although my wife almost made me sleep on the couch when I came home with it, she now finds it to be an indispensable part of her life.

Love this vacuum, so convenient to use with the app. We have two dogs and a cat so we need to run this every day, but still better than vacuuming ourselves. Wish the bin was larger though.

I was able to get 2 1/2 years out of it. I'm glad I purchased the Geek Squad 3 year plan because it's almost dead. Being used for 2 1/2 years cleaning twice a day isn't bad for a life expectancy.

The device had several problems including loosing connectivity to wifi. It frequently gets lost and covers the same area over and over again.

This is my fourth neato so far for some reason after a while they seem to lose their mapping ability and don't finish room completely but when it works it does the job.

Great way to vacuum with No effort. Picks up dirt, hair and dust. Small dirt cup.must be emptied after every vacuum. Slightly hard to put back on charger at times.

Maps out the area, learns, cleans..all is well. Happy with the way it picks up dust. Wish I could select the area to clean fron the app. there is not an option for commanding the robo to go back to the dock either. Those add ons would be helpful
