Could not be happier with this product. Before purchasing, my wife would vacuum, at a minimum, twice a week. This is necessary as we are Great Dane owners. Now all she has to do is pull up the App on her phone and away the Neato goes!!

This is my first robotic vacuum. Being busy parents, this vacuum offered everything that I could ask for. The suction is strong and is easy to set up. The user interface is extremely intuitive and I was ready to go within 10 minutes setting up.

Liked it but kept getting stuck on my rugs so took it back. Replaced with a Room a 980, which is a much better product.

the ability to mark areas to avoid is great. it will occasionally get stuck from items being left on the floor (furry rugs!). this vacuum's scheduled runs really did help the daily clean up of our dog's constant shedding

Really good product and a reasonable price. Cleans our hardwood and area rugs while we are working. A display on the robot would be a nice touch.

Cleans good, with easy to clean wipe off filter. I had a older model Neato prior to this one. This one seems to also be quieter and even seems to pick up more than the last as I use it everyday and get more from the filter than in the past.

This does a wonderful job cleaning the floors and picks up pet hair! Despite the small size, it is able to clean almost our entire house in one charge. It does have a few problems around our bar stools, but overall it does a great job.

Does a good job on cat hair. Isn't as "smart" as I thought it would be. Has never done the entire floor as it indicated it would. Do love that it gets corners !

It's good but it does have some issues with thicker rugs and gets stuck on it often. P.S. Don't forget to get all your wires out of the way before starting it

I’ve had the roomba & this is by far way better. With a dog that sheds, it’s a necessity to vacuum daily, but who has that kind of time? I’ll never get rid of my Neato! Worth the money

I have a an Australian Shepherd and he sheds so much! If I did not have this I would have to do an hours worth of vacuuming and sweeping per day. I run this every day and my hardwood floors stay clean and hair free.

We love this thing, it cleans amazingly. We added it to alexa and don't even have to get our phone out to start it. Also added to smartthings and it runs when we leave the house automatically. Huge dust bin too!

We bought this for cleaning In small places, it fit perfectly. it cleaned a lot and now our home is more dust free than before. Only downside is that setting it up with mesh networks is a little harder.

Pleasantly surprised with how well this little vacuum works. This is our first robot and I cant believe that it works as well as it does. It does tend to lose wifi connection alot but it doesnt affect it working. Highly recommended

Setup and linking to home Wi-Fi is easy. Straight forward operation on our one story home. Only issues are with long shag bath mats and some furniture which is a millimeter or three too low. Gets caught from time to time.

humans should not vacuum floors, robots should do it for us. works great and I do not need to vacuum. When the robots take over, I hope they will understand the context in which this written and forgive me.

this thing is a work horse, only thing missing is naming areas in the map, that's available on the next model up

I had bought the D4 and returned it to get the D5. i wanted to be able to create more then one floor plan and have a little more battery power. This has been a awesome Vacuum for our house.

Love it! great vacuum. I have it now for about one year and is working perfect!

We first tried out the Shark ION S87, and was not pleased with it at all. For a robotic vacuum, it was relatively dumb. After returning that, and purchasing this Neato D5, we couldn’t be happier!
