Neato is perfect for our floors, all surfaces. I recommend setting it on the Easy Care setting though so it is more delicate. Amazing how it learns its way around.

The Neato vaccum and other similar products seemed to be the latest rave among some of my wife's friends. I was not sold, but I wanted to try it out. After giving it a few tries, we both realized it would take hours for it to make one pass in our downstairs living area, and that would not include all rooms. During the time it operated, the vaccum was louder than both of us expected. If you work from home, this is a problem. The biggest issue was that we found we wanted to spot clean most of the time. With the robotic type vacuums, this concept is too time consuming. What would normally take less than 5 minutes with a handheld/upright would take 20 minutes with the Neato and it might not get all of the area you wanted to clean. Overall, the Neato, or any other similar brand, did not compete with a good quality handheld, upright vaccum. By the way, this testing was performed on tile and hardwoods.

Good vacuum to use with smart phones, cleans bear floors good but not as good on thick carpet

I like how it vaccums in lines. My cat isn’t afraid of it anymore which is a bonus for me :) I enjoy how much cleaner it helps me keep my floors

This robot is awesome. It keeps my upstairs clean. Love the app and ability to have it scheduled to run when I leave the house.

I’ve used other robotic vacuums and I can say this is the best! It doesn’t miss an inch of floor! Love to be able to control by app on my phone.

This robo vacuum is great. This super low price made it totally worth it. Now hard to imagine not having one. I highly recommend this model.

I love this robot vacuum. It does a great job. I love the no-lines vacuuming option. I can dictate where the vacuum does not need to go.

It eases the vacuuming part and cleans the home decently. This is still going strong even after 2 years.

My wife really loves the bot and loves me more for getting it for her. It does a very good job of cleaning up the dust from the floors.

This is easy to use and does a great job, but it only works with WiFi.

Had to learn how to use it, With the small disk that came with it. Have to make sure my drapes are not to low on the floor.

WE have a 1700 SF Home we can leave home for a few hours and tell the Neato to clean and return home to a clean home. A truly great machine.

if only it would stay connected to wifi, i could have it work while not at home.
