Our floors have never been cleaner

The set up was extremely frustrating. But when they work they really work and get under the couches, beds, and handle dog hair really well

Great Robot

Set up, restart, restart, error
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to have my very first robot vacuum; this brand, You Tube reviews, and the sales person, said it was the best...although I was told, "for under $1000, that is." After I unpacked it, it had a slightly long connection set up time (I am on a giga network; it should have been much quicker!), it began to map out my house. But after stopping unexpectedly four times, I was done with this vacuum! The first two times the vacuum thought it completed the job... After approx 10 sq ft. My house is 1700 sq ft. The last two times, the thing made it a little further, then it stopped in the middle of an area - we have all wood floors. The error implied there were objects in the way; I didn't see anything in its way for several feet. I couldn't get thing to quit stopping and to finish mapping/set up. Grueling hours wasted! I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated, so I threw it back in the box and returned it the next day. Now I am just using a trusted, tried and true, hand held vacuum.

Loved it until I hated it

I liked that it went in a specific path every time. All was great until it just would not stay connected to the wifi. I did troubleshooting and called the help desk. It would work for a month and then same thing again. Finally, I was told it was probably the battery. I bought a new battery. Nope! Then I was told it was the charging dock. Bought a new one and nope! It officially became a worthless object that went in the trash. I used it very little. Maybe an average of once/week. I should have gotten more out of this product for the cost!

WHY NEATO

I have tried to run a house cleaning about 7 times now and still have yet to fully finish a house cleaning without the Neato going OFFLINE at least 9-10 times. And the battery life has barely made it to finish a complete cycle. Sadly, it states the the Neato will return to the dock when it has low battery however mine has yet to fine its way back to the dock. Maybe it because it hasn't finished a full house cleaning and does not know where it is at, I am not sure. Either way, its frustrating. I have reached out to customer service and I hoping to hear a solution . If things turn for the best, I would update this post.
