Perfect for hardwood floor

Great, when it works.

However cleaning the brush can be quite the ordeal as hair gets wrapped in it. The reliability of the product is poor as well. In a matter of one year I’ve had to send it to Neato as one of the wheel motors just stopped working. Then recently it started consistently dropping off the WiFi (huge pain to get it back on) and also won’t go past a ft beyond its cradle prior to turning around and returning to its base.

Ok vacuum

Next two about 2 weeks. Had some major issues. Thankfully had warranty. Got the same one again and have not had any issues since.

Not worth the hype

There was nothing crazy on the floors..just normal every day dust and little things. Went to exchange it and they no longer made that model so we had to pay an extra $200 for the newer one. When it worked it was great. After less than a year the new model stopped charging so we gave up. I guess you can't go wrong with just sweeping.
