Mediocre vacuum

Garbage!

First one just stopped working, constant glitching and getting stuck on nothing. Second one the battery died and it wouldnt charge anymore. This one (3rd) kept getting "stuck", turns out the bearings in the brush locked up and now the brush won't turn. Making it think it sucked something up. We won't be getting a 4th neato.

Damaged base broad

This robo vacuum does a good job.

Does not work with Google Home

Not a worthy one for the price!

The worst thing is their customer service, it takes ages to understand the problem and finally after two weeks of back n forth communication I am going to receive the replacement. For two weeks now, I have to use my old vacuum. This makes me wonder should I have bought this????

Works great... if you can get it to work.

If you're only going to get this to press the button to let it clean, and forget about it, then you'll love it. However, if you plan on using the smart phone integration, the no-go-lines, or the scheduled cleaning... you should avoid this product at all costs. There is a reason why the app store rating of the Neato app is 2.5 stars. It's horrible. The robot becomes disconnected for no reason, and then gives you an error message of "something went wrong." Real helpful. Every software update has bugs, and it seems they are under a mountain of tech debt. I highly doubt they actually test anything they release. I already had to return one of these robots. Just last week I had to hop on a call with customer support because the bot wouldn't connect to the app at all. It wouldn't even go into pairing mode. Did a factory reset. Reconnected everything. Worked ok for a week. Now, after todays software update, I have a whole new list of problems. This is pathetic. TLDR; if you're looking for a smart vacuum, look elsewhere. If you're looking for something simple that you just want to press a button to clean, probably also look elsewhere (it's cheaper).
