This roboVac is a game changer in my opinion. this robovac has a great mapping feature, large waste bin and power vacuum. we run this over other day and I am surprise how much dust, dirt, hair, and fur it picks up. the only problem we have is that we have to make sure all the dog toys are picked up before it runs and it would get stuck on them. I would pick the neato over the Irobot any day of the week.

Wasn't sure if this would be worth buying. Its been a little under a month and this thing is working like a sweet charm. It takes less than 10 mins to set up, cleaning it is easy, its quieter than my standard Shark vacuum, and works great with my Husky that sheds more than any other animal on this planet. Strongly recommend for dog owners especially husky owners. You will thank me later.

I’ve used Samsun , iRobot and the under dog daul sweeping deebot.. and they all where just random moving “I hope” things get cleaned type vacuum.. but this one is very strategic and precise. This one scans the room first.. cleans the perimeter then moves inside oh it’s outlive and clean back and forth.. it’s very gental on furniture as well.. I highly recommend it ... if your in the market

I have had the robot for over a month now and I have been very impressed with it. It’s a lot of fun to watch as it attempts to clean every inch of the floor. I must say that there was a firmware update to the robot that now shows a visual map of the area it cleaned. This wasn’t available when I first got it but then after the update, Beast (how I named him) gives me a snapshot of the floor which is really nice.

I love this little guy. He cleans my house very well and sends me updates over my phone of what he has cleaned and a blue print of the house. He got stuck a few times on some stuff otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I hate vacuuming but with four large dogs that shed a lot of hair and bring in dirt, it must be done. Ethel to the rescue! Easy to program, easy to clean and though it takes her longer than it would me to vacuum a room, I can be doing other more important things. I wish I had bought one years ago. I do suggest that if you have questions for the company, calling them is better than emailing.

This robotic vacuum was ok. Overall cleaning was good however it was unable to get under my dining room chairs. Cleaned my tile very well but lacked the suction to really vacuum my carpet throughly. How much I paid (it was on sale) vs. productivity was right that is why I still gave it 5 stars. I just wanted more. I did end up returning it in exchange for a different robotic vacuum.

Great job on tiles and carpets. Provides a map of house area cleaned too!

This was a Christmas present for my sister and, as such, just recently got setup. It has only run once so far but did an amazing job and was actually more quiet than I thought based on reviews read. Highly recommend this to anyone with a busy life and a house that needs daily vacuuming. We have hard floors for almost the entire downstairs but cannot sweep daily ourselves, so this is a great helper!

Searched for a while and this had the best reviews. Went with it and it really does a great job getting into corners and covers the ground well. figures out its whereabouts and then goes back and forth to get the ground clean. easy to clean and holds a good amount of dirt. didn't realize how much cat hair we had till I ran this weekly. Great buy for a mid range robot.

Best money we ever spent! So easy to use. Does carpet & hardwood great!

First one have to return because it stopped working but overall it is amazing. It's a great feeling coming home knowing the floors have been cleaned everyday

Love my Neato Botvav D85 so much bought a second Neato Connected D5 and even better than the first. While my D85 periodically gets itself stuck in a corner, the D5 does not, as it appears to have better sensors. The wifi connection and result map is awesome. Highly recommended.

I've been waiting for years to purchase a robotic vacuum cleaner. After reading reviews of the D5 I thought it was finally time to bite the bullet and buy one. I'm overall impressed with how well this little thing can clean. We have a dog and it does a great job cleaning up his fur. The reason I'm giving it only 3 stars is because for the amount of money I don't feel the vacuum is that smart. It constantly needs to be reset and I have to reprogram our wifi password. It can't find its way back to the base. There should be more advanced features available in the app such as telling it to go clean a specific room in the house. You would think it would eventually learn my house. So to summarize very good vacuum but could be smarter.

I have Neato D80 since 2016. Every 13-15months, it starts acting up. I have gone through 2 D80 so far and combined, they have shredded the edges of my kids' rubber mat because after a few months, they decided the 1/2 inch rubber foam is "too high" to climb but the silly machine keep trying thus resulting in the shreds. so upsetting. I am finally getting an upgrade to the D5. I hope after all these years, they have made Neato smarter and lifespan longer, it is so expensive to be done with a unit that costs a few hundred $ in just less than 2 years, Make sure you get Geek squad! why don't i change to Roomba? I have contemplated a hundred times, especially each time Neato started becoming retar d ed. But it is like being a Apple phone user and migrating to Android - i am just too adverse to change i guess.
