I have a display or speaker in every room. When a friend complained that they missed having radio stations in their kitchen, I suggested this product. I purchased it, set it up and they couldn't be more thrilled. They like it for the radio stations, but they are learning to love it for the smarts. Also, looks good in the room and sounds great

There are a couple of reasons that may be causing the offline issues you are experiencing with Nest Audio. Here are some recommended steps you can try that can prove to be helpful with the issue:
- Check for possible congestion in your Wi-Fi network. Removing some of your connected devices can help free up some bandwidth space. You may then check to see if you will still experience the same connectivity issue.
- You may also check for possible sources of interference such as the thick walls and appliances in your home.
- Resetting Nest Audio is also a good idea to try out. This process will erase all data and you may need to set up your account again. To reset, check out this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477

But apart from how pretty this is, the reviews uniformly said the sound was much better, and it's true. Even if I didn't use G Asst, a castable speaker with this level audio is unbelievable for $99. It made holiday music fill the house! I have a battery-operated base for my original, so that moved to another space. One star off because I still can't move through songs with touch features; asking for the next song 10 times to advance an album or playlist is not optimal.

Definitely not an option if your looking for a rich, dynamic sound quality.

Almost the same as the original

The nest is the newer version. We like it ok... It's larger so the speakers are more powerful....but the routines action is a lot slower than the original.

If you're playing Nest Audio in a speaker group together with your other Google Nest speakers, we recommend changing the following settings:
- Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest Audio and other speakers.
- Cast music to the group that's playing out of sync.
- Stand between the out of sync speakers (or as close to in between as you can) and adjust their volume levels so you hear them both playing at the same level.
- Open the Google Home app.
- Touch and hold your device's tile.
- Tap Settings and then Audio and then Group delay correction.
- Move the slider to the left or right until the audio goes in sync.
