If you haven't tried yet, you can change the audio settings of your Nest Audio in the Google Home app. To adjust bass and treble level:
- Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest Audio.
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap the device you want to adjust > and then Settings > and then Audio and then Equalizer.
- Adjust Bass and Treble level.

For a google speaker that's supposed to sync up with other speakers and sound great it was really bad. I returned it. It did sound better than the Google mini though.

Until I got new wifi, I went to switch the wifi on my nest and it wouldn't let me connect to a different wifi so I thought maybe if I just factory reset it, I could just set it back up. Well now it can't find it. I have plugged and unplugged it many times and nothing, it doesn't even play the chime anymore, just the 4 dots in a loading sequence. I uninstalled the home app and re-downloaded it, nothing. I tried using my tablet instead of my phone, nothing. I don't know what to do, I just wanted to listen to music. I tried calling google, I couldn't reach anyone. And I looked on their nest help website, and nothing has worked. There goes 100 bucks
