      Hi there, Tyler. Thanks for giving us feedback about the Nest Hub (2nd gen). We appreciate that you like it, and we hear your concern about the Google Assistant activating on its own when speaking with your phone.

      If you’re near your Google Home device and phone, only Google Home should respond to ""Hey Google."" Both devices may wake up, but your phone should go back to sleep. It may be helpful to turn the microphone Off at the back of your display when not needed. Your Assistant will say whether the microphone is muted. Also, when the microphone is On, Google Assistant might activate even if you don't say “Hey Google” or “Ok Google” when it detects something that sounds similar.

    Does everything you'd like in a hub. Screen has a nice clear panel. Streaming Photos, the Google Assistant works great. Music sounds descent for a hub. Thought I could view my ring cameras from it but it doesn't which was alittle disappointing

      Hi RodB, thanks for highlighting the features you liked with Nest Hub (2nd Gen), including the clear display, sound quality, streaming quality with photos and how the Google Assistant works great for you. However, we do understand how disappointing it can be when a 3rd -party product like Ring cameras, doesn't work with your Nest Hub (2nd Gen). It's possible to connect Ring devices to the Nest Hub. However, it will have limited support which are basic features such as starting a new recording and asking the last time the doorbell rang.     Mostly great! Some of the games totally glitch out and reboot the device. This has happened on multiple devices of mine, so I know it’s the device and not my environment

      Hi loudmog, it's amazing to hear that Nest Hub (2nd Gen) works great for you. We do apologize for the glitchy issue you are experiencing with it.

      Rebooting was a great idea to try and fix the issue. However, if the issue is persistent, we recommend performing a factory data reset on Nest Hub. A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. To reset, check on the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.

      We understand that each person will have their own preference when it comes to sound quality. To improve your audio experience, we recommend adjusting the treble and bass settings by following the steps below:
      - Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest Hub.
      - Open the Google Home app.
      - Tap the device you want to adjust > and then Settings > and then Audio and then Equalizer.
      - Adjust Bass and Treble level.

    Ease of set up and use. I use it everyday. My 2 year old Grandson loves when I google his favorite Cars movie song and we dance together. I also use it when cooking to find a recipe! Very helpful with a weather report in the morning also. I love it!
