Not sure why, I have contacted google and they said this is "normal." I guess maybe they need to update their processing chip in this device.

I can control my lamp i can voice command what I want it to do, i can make phone calls, I can watch Netflix, I can do video call and a lot more! I do recommend it it is so practical and useful when your hands are busy. It is a great size and it runs smooth.
