First time I purchased on line and picked up at store - the process was so easy. Everyone at the store was very pleasant and accommodating. The process couldn't have been easier and the sale price was great! I left the store smiling and every time I use this product I still smile!

One thing I do not like is that you cannot have 2 of these on same account to do sleep sensing.. only allows one. Fine if your bed mate has a separate account but not if he or she does not. All of these products do not come with booklets. manuals on how to use them, so I doubty people are using them or are aweare of their full capability.
