    This thing is great, but compared to Alexa, it soemtimes cant hesr you and you have to rause your voice or repeat yourself.

      For the best experience when giving voice commands, and if you have other family members in your home using the Nest Hub (2nd Gen), setting up your Voice Match will help improve voice recognition and identify different accounts for your device. Here are some steps you can follow to enable this feature:
      - Open the Google Home app.
      - At the top right, tap your account.
      - Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your speaker or display. To switch accounts, tap another account or Add another account.
      - Tap Assistant settings > Voice Match > Add devices.
      - Make sure any devices you want to link your voice to are checked.
      - Tap Next > I agree.
      - Follow the in-app steps.
      - To hear personal information, you must turn on Personal results. Tap I agree and proceed with the Voice Match setup.
      - To invite others to set up Voice Match for tailored results, tap Invite > choose your communication method, and send the invite. To skip this step, tap No thanks.

    So slow. I mean it is so slow. The processing when trying to move through screens is painful. I would not recommend this or buy this for anyone.

      Firmware version
      - Open the Google Home app.
      - Tap and hold your device's tile.
      - Tap Settings > Device information.
      Note: This is the last firmware version 22.20240805.103.161

      Software version
      > Check Your Wi-Fi Connection:
      - Make sure your Nest Hub is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
      - A strong connection is crucial for automatic updates.
      > Power Cycle Your Device:
      - Unplug your Nest Hub from the power source.
      - Wait a few minutes, then plug it back in.
      - This can sometimes trigger a software update.

    This is a good screen, high quality build and resolution. However, it is just not intuitive to set up for streaming other google devices (like Nest cameras).

    Purchased to place in my moms kitchen. A week into ownership she was moving a cutting board from between the nest hub and the backsplash and tipped it over onto the counter top it sat on. Upon sitting it back up she noticed the screen cracked. Very displeased.

    google has been the worst and outdated technology. Constantly having issues with google recognizing commands, turning on or off devices. Google also doesnt provide support! have had so many issues with this; my gmail account and other things., got rid of google totally and went to apple + amazon! Also another thing they have been using the same stuff for years - not updating looks/features etc
