Switched from a mini to this. It’s our second one. No issues with Google assistant. Works with our eufy doorbell and Kasa baby monitor.

Great product really easy to use and affordable and it looks great

I had lights that were connected to smart clock and they kept going offline. The new Next Hub Smart Display fixed the issue. I wish it was a little more customizable for clock faces but it did everything advertised and more. It was easy to set up and fit right into the smart ecosystem. I would recommend it.

So happy with my Google Nest Hub. I use it for so many things..recipes..a timer...weather...calendar..scheduling.. I bought it on a Black Friday Deal at an amazing price. Highly recommend

It’s ok, not like amazing. The touch sensing has a slight delayed response. it’s not the iPad lol. And you can’t select podcasts without asking google assistant for help, but it’ll play as long as you speak the full name clearly and accurately so you get the one you want. Also I probably won’t use Netflix but I do use the YouTube app. I love that it tells the weather and the time, and I can set a timer fast, and other convenient features, and I can pair the speaker with other speakers. The sound is surprisingly loud and clear for its small size. But don’t expect full bass sounds, it is not like a Bose or Sonos. I’m still able to control my Philips hue lights and speakers and my Hisense U8G android TV, and my Xbox series X. It’s a convenient little piece of tech for my nightstand, and was on sale for Black Friday ($49), but I wouldn’t want to pay full price for it. Also I do prefer google over siri and Amazon, fyi, so it was this or those other ones. I would like the big one but I have an iPad already, and I don’t need to watch movies on this. The only reason I would want to get the larger one would be for the camera feature.but again price wise I’d rather not, this one is just fine.

Convenient, but somewhat difficult to navigate. I've had this almost 2 years now and at this point in its life it freezes up every couple of months. Sound quality is good and I do use quite a few features.

Super helpful to have in the kitchen, makes my automations and morning so easy

This is my 2nd Google Assistant-type of product. I have a JBL Link View which I also use in the kitchen. I use the Google assistant mostly for playing music videos, simple searches for traffic and weather while preparing something else, or saying commands for my WiFi-based lights. This product is no different from other devices and functionality-wise, it's a great product as everything from Google is "linked" together and have the same user interface. I know what to expect from getting a smaller device so I don't expect it to give a full sound for playing music. However, what I started noticing from this device compared to my other google assistant (JBL LinkView) is that it has a higher rate of failures in understanding my voice commands even though it's in a bedroom. There was one time where I did not even say "Hey Google", and it picked up something from a TV news and started playing a podcast. It's strange as I thought everything has to start with the key phrase (ie Hey Google or OK, Google). The only explanation I can think of is because of the limitation or sensitivity on the microphone (maybe a cheaper or low-end device) so it interprets a different command. In the JBL LinkView, even when there are some "chatter" noise in our living room, I'm amazed that it can pick up my commands clearly even when you are just whispering. Overall, this is still a great device but don't expect it to be perfect with all your voice commands.

It's a very good music player/ smart hub light controller but the assistant can be very unresponsive and fails to understand certain speech/terms even with speech accessibility turned on. fails to understand some basic phrases sometimes and can be laggy/slow.

This is way better than Alexa. I really like using the Google hub. It makes a great alarm and makes my home really assessable. It’s very sensitive to commands. My home is definitely a great smart home because of it.

Love it!! Had an amazon echo first. Returned product and exchanged for a Google product. Much simpler to use and it even had a screen for same price.

A great upgrade from the google mini home and during the sale, it was only $10 more! I love all the features of this hub and highly recommend it to everyone with or without a smart home.

Best for kids and home purpose. It has built in album, videos and auto teller.

I had the original version of this device and was looking to add to another room. One noticeable difference is the improvement in sound, both volume and tone. Have not tried the sleep sense portion of the device, but it was easy to configure, just getting the placement right might take some time.

Works great as a controller for a bunch of smart bulbs and switches. Easy to use and inexpensive.

I bought one a few months back and loved it so much I bought another I really recommend it’s easy to use and I love how it can cycle through photos and act as just a photo display.

I love being able to have so much information at the sound of my voice.

I use this little guy all the time and I still love it! It is a perfect fit for my home office!

This Nest Hub is a great home control center. If you have smart lights or other smart devices you can control them right from this Nest Hub. The speaker is good and get pretty loud. The only complaint that I have about this is that the display is a little small. Overall a great product.

Purchased two of these displays when they were 50% off. Display is very clear and the sound is great. Menus/apps are a little tough to navigate and you are better off just asking google to do it for you. I'll definitely be buying more to replace my bed side clock.
