Love this thing so much I bought 4 of em and 2 7” Nest Hubs. With the voice command I can control my lights, thermostat, ceiling fan and tv’s. The sound quality is great too. It’s not Sonos quality but sounds good. I have the Nest Hub Max paired with Google WiFi pro, Nest doorbell, a pair of nest hub mini’s, and 4 Chromecasts Google TV 4K devices.

So i have two of these and im gonna be honest, after about 4 months of using these specific models with the camera built in being that 1 was bought first before this one that im reviewing, i noticed that both of them Started to glitch alot like restarting at random times during the day and even night, when you give it the Hey Google command some times it doesnt want fo respond and you have to shout at it, at times ot freezes wirh rhe 4 little color dots at the top just moving a bit like its trying to load what you just said, now i have excellent internet with a WiFi-6E Router so i get speeds up to 960Mbps with my spectrum Internet service so internet is not an issue, also i joe that this is overkill for my home but i also have 4 of the 7 inch google home hubs with out the camera built in and those DO NOT have any issues like the two larger models i have. I have trying working with google tech support and though some of their technical help has indeed worked, it doesnt lake long before these 10 inch models start to act up again. Im not really sure why these two freeze and have to disconnect the power from them just to get them to temporarily go back to normal but it seems that google does everything they can to avoid sending a warranty replacement model and because of that, i can NOT recommend this model. The smaller 7 inch version which is either the 1st gen or 2nd gen i recommend as they have never given me any issues of not listening to commands or freezing on me.

Great addition to my Google home ensemble. Greets me in the morning, helps with recipes, lists and conversion. Keeps me current on sports, news, & weather. The cam increases home security and my kiddo uses it as another tv/tablet, while I use it for cooking tunes.

I bought this to replace my regular home hub just because I wanted a bigger screen. It has a camera that I rarely use for duo. It does seem to hear me better and the sound is definitely better than the older version

Just the right size for nightstand with good display and reasonable sound however the Nest Hub Max provides better performance and sound quality

The Hub Max is awesome. Still learning to use all the features. The camera is awesome. I love the touch screen. The speaker is decent. I just wish the screen was larger and the price not so high.

Awesome smart hub from Google it has a great quality screen 10" size and a grear camera to match, it is awesome to warch videos and movies

Setup was easy. Great screen to watch YouTube or other videos. And to control my home. Love the camera addition for monitoring and Duo calls. Added a stand and now can swivel the screen with ease.

love this Nest hub max. Great display, easy to use. Really enjoy using it for recipe information. It taps into my google account and plays pictures from my photos. Totally cool to have

Have a nest hub in bedroom and got the hub max for Christmas. Love the bigger screen and the built in camera. Ability to slide a switch to turn off camera/mic is a plus vs turning off in software. Definitely recommend.

Heck of a upgrade from the 1st gen home. The screen is big and nice! Nest camera is also a nice little feature. Speakers a way way better than the 1st Gen. All around it's definitely worth the upgraded no questions asked.

I was impressed with the size upgrade of the new google nest. I have really enjoyed having the convenience of listening to music and searching for directions as I cook etc.

I really enjoy nest max smart display. The screen size and sound are really nice and I can control all of my other smart devices with it.

This was a gift for my significant other. It's so easy to set up and use. My so loves to use this for hearing the news, creating schedules for the week, and video calling. It's very big!

This is the one to get if you are going to mostly be streaming Netflix, Hulu, sports, etc. The large screen and quality premium speaker make it great for that.

yo yo this shiz is pretty useful and easy on the eyes... Here's why I likes... its great for displaying your google photos at different intervals... fire up Spotify to play music all the time...can control my lights and fans... you can set up routines to automatically trigger such as when heading to bed it will set an alarm in the morning then play desired items to help you ease into sleep before turning off...and camera easy to setup and view via the Nest app too... overall very useful in making certain basic things in life a little bit more easier.

Big screen, smooth UI, good sound, the camera is buggy sometimes with the Google Duo feature where it doesn't immediately work, needs to take a moment.

The main reason we wanted it- to watch our 2-1/2 year olds on our best cams when we weren’t with them. The video is good on it. When watching YouTube videos it’s not bad but if you make a command to turn up the volume, the sound shuts off to say, “ok, Turn volume to whatever”. Sometimes doesn’t do what you want it to and you have to ask the right way. If you want to watch Nest cam stream you must turn it on first with your phone THEN request to steam video. You can’t turn the cam on with a command. That’s dumb. Also, the music coming out of the speaker is so so. We had a Sonos in the kitchen (where it’s at) and it’s not even close. There’s only one tv service that you can stream. Just a lot of improvement areas.

I love the screen size, the speakers sound amazing and I love that I can call my loved ones and see their faces.
