I have both Google and Alexa devices in my home and I have found that the Google devices are easier to set up, and they find my smart lights faster. I also enjoy the dynamic display on these Google units better than Alexa. There are more options to display artwork and it feels more premium than the Alexa default which is to display scrolling information on the screen, most of which is not useful at the moment it’s being displayed. Good job Google!

I use it to display my selected google photo album and let me know about upcoming appointments. I also use it for my Nest Doorbell, Nest cameras and Arlo cameras. The Nest devices work great, the Arlo cameras not so much. The arlo cameras will display but they take a long time to initially connect and then randomly stop displaying. (I can keep the Nest camera on my front yard all day long if I want too)

Also it plays music. It is not easy to sync with her other google item.
