Its nice looking, fits my decor but a google dot will do the same job. I just like excess

This Google Nest is for my grandson. I already have two, and enjoy them everyday. The sound is not the best, but the technology makes up for it. One of the most fun things is the Weather Frog. He makes me smile everyday. Way to go Google.

I like these but i dont like the feeling that they are listening all the time. Could be coinicdence but when you talk aboit something with someone then you go to your weather app and the adds on the app are what you were talking about. That's a little unsettling. Thinking of just selling it or something.

My wife and I use this for everything. For checking the weather, listening to music, streaming shows while she falls asleep, asking questions we do not know the answer too, controlling smart stuff in the home. It’s a fun little home device.

and does way more than we expected. We primarily wanted to see the time from across the room. However, we integrated this with our network and WEMO and can turn on the TV and our bedside lights using voice command. Very convenient.

I bought this for my mom because she is not a computer person and not at all tech savvy. She has had no problem making this work and loves being able to see videos of things she is looking for. The design is great as well and doesn't scream for attention like some of its competitors which was a bonus.

Can't get any better value. Does everything you want at this price point. I love that it controls my Hue system. Nothing cooler than "Hey Google, turn on the lights" The ONLY thing its missing is a front camera. For privacy concerns, that's actually a feature...

The device works fine. The assistant needs to be way smarter. It reapeats too much of the same stuff on spotifiy. Needs to have explicit adult mode. Its like having someone who has kids come over and visit and it is in cheesy mode. Cant imagine with kid safe mode on. I dont think it would do anything. It turns on and off lights fine. Needs web browser no actual web browser at all and needs to be detachable from speaker.

Nice product, I use with our Nest door bell, also enjoy our picture side show.

The Google Hub is more useful than I thought it would be. I like the fact that it has no camera

Easy setup. I can view my smart devices. Photos look so cool on the display. Worth every penny.

SInce gettign this device the need for a google home int he kitchen in no longer needed. only place google missed the target was they need to have a battery inside to hold power for at least an hour as this would be great to be able to move form room to room or on side of kitchen to other side.

I previously had purchased some original google homes and then purchased one of these when they were released and now I wish I could replace all of the old ones with the new home hub. I bought this with the nest hello doorbell and they both work great. Easy to setup, I can see the doorbell right away and speak to anyone there. I probably wish that google would make one with a little bigger screen, like the lenovo ones.

It is ok but it needs more devices to be able to connect to it and at a more reasonable price.

I've had a hub prior and this was my second one. I pretty much replaced my cheap alarm clock for this and will prob never go back to that old thing. I like the option to view my Nest video feed through this and when it displays the weather & traffic when I commute to work.

My husband received this for his birthday gift and it has been a joy for him. He listens to music as he goes to bed, asks the temperature of our local area, and looks up random facts about things that strike his fancy. I would recommend this for all ages.

So far, love the Net Hub. It is on my desk and works great for day to day stuff like, calendar, news, searching for things, traffic, and video chat with my son at college. Sound quality, is decent. If you want to play music,I suggest the larger Google Home for better sound quality.

very cool device. my son loves playing music and seeing the lyrics on the screen.

This is the best helper as well as being entertainment central. It will tell me a joke, sing me a lullaby, get in a "thank you" cycle and compliment you among other things. It can answer questions, turn on and off lights, electronics-lots of things. I am thoroughly enjoying and utilizing this!
