      Hi Titanium48, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We can see that your Nest Hub is struggling sometimes with getting the command right. We'd recommend that you retrain the Nest Mini to better recognize your voice. We also suggest adjusting the Hotword sensitivity as it may also be helpful with the issue.     It works and everything. I can't really pinpoint exactly where my disappointment comes from, but I'm just not near as impressed with it as I expected to be. I think my 2 biggest disappointments are that it HAS to remain plugged in. There is no internal battery. I try to talk to it a lot so it really recognizes my voice, but it still can't understand me half of the time, so I have to use the app on my phone. Otherwise I do like the features.
