    This is my second one. I love it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because you can’t turn off the display while the music is playing.

      Hi Titanium48, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We can see that your Nest Hub is struggling sometimes with getting the command right. We'd recommend that you retrain the Nest Mini to better recognize your voice. We also suggest adjusting the Hotword sensitivity as it may also be helpful with the issue. You may follow the step by step guide on these help articles:

    This is a pretty good device. The only gripe I have about it, is that it don't hear you all the time. When it does, it's excellent. I would recommend this to my friends.
