    We don’t use our smart hub that often but I do appreciate having the option to view video on larger screen than phone while cooking.

    many glitches need to be corrected by Google, such as slide show crashes or not responsive. Can't search youtube by typing directly to this device - image when you need to search for non-English name - Google failed miserable. I liked Google live translate - although it crashes anytime you have to restart it. This device is good as smart picture frame, unfortunately can't play music together with slideshow,

      Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that Nest Hub failed to meet your expectations and you're having some issues with it.

      We recommend restarting your Wi-Fi router and Nest Hub by unplugging the power cords from the devices. Leave them unplugged for at least a minute before plugging them back in. This will help refresh the connection.

      If you continue to experience the lags and glitches, perform a factory reset on your Nest Hub then set up.

    Got this product because I love to bake and cook. And have kids that ask a million questions. Works great for all of that. But does glitch a lot.
