    Love this item but prefer a bigger screen. Don’t get me wrong, the small size is prefer for a bedroom or small office.

  • Will Not Work With Wyze Cameras

    I bought this for the main purpose of using my Wyze camera and sensors in our house. No matter what I did I could not make it work. The image on the Nest Hub would would go from seeing the image from the camera to coming up with a message that said "Playing Smart Home Camera" while showing a non streaming video behind this message. After extensive Googling I discovered that this was a known problem and in addition the streaming video would stop after 10 minutes. I found complaints from other people who bought the Nest Hub as a baby monitor but found that with the 10 minute limit, it was useless. My Nest cameras, smoke detectors and thermostats worked fine with the Nest Hub. One has to wonder if Google intentionally makes it not work with other companies smart cameras? Note that the Wyze cameras and sensors work fine with the Alexa Show, Samsung tablets and iPads. So I bought another 10.2 inch iPad to use a s a monitor with the Wyze cameras and sensors. I returned the Nest Hub to Best Buy within a few days.
