    I have old generation and new generation minis. The speaker on this doesn't compare to either one. I mainly really wanted this for the screen to display my geeni camera. It never works. Just freezes. So feel like not worth it for me. And Google still isn't there yet. I fight with all of my speakers to hear me, answer me or just stay connected to my wifi.

    It's a good investment specially if you have a Nest camera. Unfortunately it does not work with a Blink camera.
