Prior research led me to believe it was possible with our setup. Unfortunately all it will display is a blank screen. Turned out to be an expensive clock.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you're having an issue viewing your baby camera on Nest Hub. Your experience with our devices and services is important to us.
If you haven't already, we recommend restarting your Nest Hub and Wi-Fi router to refresh the connection. Disconnect the power cable from the Nest Hub and Wi-Fi router. Leave the devices unplugged for approximately 1 minute. Finally, reconnect power cable back into the Nest Hub and Wi-Fi router and wait until they boot up.
If rebooting the devices doesn't fix the issue, we suggest performing a factory reset on Nest Hub device then set up. Your baby camera should stay linked to Nest Hub even after doing a factory data reset.
If you still experience the same issue, we may need to have a closer look at it. If you can reach out to our support team here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/contactflow

The device is fantastic, but it is lacking features and the general use is not as straightforward as hoped. Not to mention... Continued Conversation is not available on the home hub. Seriously?
