||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Google bricked tons of 1st Gen Nest Hubs with some sort of update coincidently right around the time the 2nd Gen Nest Hub was released. When reaching out to Google they will just do your typical troubleshooting of resetting the device and if that won’t work and you had it longer than 12 months they will tell you to go buy a new one. This was exactly what the Google tech told me to do. Do not purchase any Google products. They do not stand behind their products and are up to shady business practices. Just do an internet search for Nest Hub Gray Screen or Nest Hub stuck G on screen. They even closed their old forums that had a huge forum regarding this issue and did not migrate it over to their new forum. Again coincidentally, not like they were trying to bury it. There will most likely be a class action law suit.

Even bought a camera advertised that says it works with google home; google home only sees it as a switch and only option is to turn it on or off. You can link Netflix with it but can’t watch any movies on it, only Youtube videos. Disappointed, wish I would’ve bought amazon echo show instead.

Pretty limited to YouTube and Pandora. If I have a Pandora account, why can't I listen to my music? Anyway, works great as a photo flipper throughout the day. "Recent Highlights" in photo's can't be edited and I'm worried photos will show up I don't want to be broadcast.
