Not the functionality I was expecting

I bought a two pack to replace a couple of Insignia smart speakers, I ended up returning the nest hubs because one of the things I wanted and expected to be able to do was interact with my security cameras to view recorded events, not just live view (which does work), I just didn't understand the limitations, like you couldn't install any google play apps, and so basically turned into nothing but a photo frame (which it was good at for anything on google photos), but not nearly enough benefit for me over my smart speakers functionality to warrant keeping them even getting them on sale for 50 each.

Be aware that the Nest Hub does not have a browser, and does not support any commands/inquiries that require the services of a browser. So for example, if you ask the Nest Assistant to Wiki a subject...it doesn't. Great clock.

But after only 6 months of using it has stopped being able to take commands and just responds with an error message. Tried multiple trouble shooting approaches of the last month or two and nothing works. Super frustrating and disappointing.
