Since your lock gets its internet connection from your Nest Connect, check if the connecting product is offline. Here’s how:
- On the Nest app home screen, tap Settings > Nest Connects.
- Select your Nest Connect > Check connection.

When I ordered things that I don’t want left on my front porch, I simply unlock the door from work and have my neighbor put it in my house.

Door Material: Wood, metal, or fiberglass
Backset: Less than 2 3/4"
Door Type: Not glass, sliding, mortise, or multi-point.

Plugs in close by to the lock between the Wi-Fi router and the lock . Works with Nest app so my thermostats licks and cameras all on one app.

I have google/nest products already installed so this was a no brainer for me. It works as inteded and having the auto lock when my location is away feom home is greaf. Also being able to check at any time wether the door is locked or not is nice.
