This thing is amazing . If I moved , I would buy another. I can go for a jog or walk the dogs without carrying my keys. So nice. It also lock my door automatically and lets my know the door is locked.

I purchased the Nest x Yale lock for the second time because I had a great experience with my previous one. Unfortunately, this time the Google Nest app is not working for either of my locks. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, but the app has been offline for the past week. This has been very frustrating and has caused a lot of inconvenience. I am now considering whether it is possible to return the product.

Great Product!!! Must have!!! Love not having my keys with me trying to unlock the door while holding groceries exc. I’ve used the app a few times when i allow someone to come in my house when I’m not there!!

Had some issues initially getting the device to connect to the wifi but after That problem was solved it’s been smooth sailing. Lock looks great and works pretty well. Love the modern look. Definitely recommend.

The lock works great, but your door frame needs to be the right setup for it. I had to use a wood carving tool to cut a bigger hole for the deadbolt. I am saving for a new door frame this year to refit the lock.

I am very happy with this purchase and with Best Buy service when I exchanged it for a different color which was unavailable at time of original purchase.

We love our Nest smart lock. We don’t have many nest products; however, this one was easy to set up and use. We like the conscience of having family come over when we’re not home and don’t have to worry about keys

I had a connection problem b/t the connect & lock. I returned the first lock after talking to nest & yale who said to exchange it. Got a new one and same problem. I figured I would see if the VPN on my phone had something to do with it. Low and behold, it connected immediately. Works perfect and I love it. So many reviews and forums on this issue but no resolution. Contacted Nest to tell their tech support how I fixed the connection problem so hopefully they will pass it on to other customers who experience the problem. (Error code t013)

I used to have a different smart lock but it was giving a lot of issues and was not friendly for guests or for unlock when you are far from home. The only limitation is that it is no unlocked in automatic when you get home.

This lock replaced an existing lock that died after just 3 years and it seems like it should have lasted longer in the first place. Overall I have been satisfied with its performance.

There is no other product engineered better than maybe an apple phone. The founder of nest products came from Apple and he improved on the concept, WOW! I really think he engineered the products better. I have the whole catalog of nest products

Connects easily in the Nest App. Touch screen works really well and have not had an incident with the device the entire year we have had it. It also is a lot more modern than most deadbolt locks.

Looks beautiful of the door, but the connection to wifi was not as straightforward as advertised. The distance to the receiver is very sensitive and make it hard to find the right place. Other than that it works every time with no problems.

This product does what it is designed for and quite well. The second one we ordered was made wrong where the lock was locking in the wrong direction. Yale replaced the lock in a timely manner and the new one is great.

The door lock is phenomenal. The nest connect wasn’t easy to get to work. Overall very satisfied

Love my new lock! Makes it easy to get in and out without my key, and allows my friends to easily use it as well. Privacy feature is my favorite! Happy with my purchase- glad I can use all my nest products In one hub.

Easy to install and as long as you have a good internet connection it is very functional. It is durable and appears to stand up well to the salt air near the beach. We have three of these in our house.

This lock was easy to set up and has worked flawlessly. I am currently using without WiFi and pleasantly surprised that it can operate offline, with an internal speaker and multiple setup options still available.

The Yale lock is amazing, way better than I had anticipated. It not only notifies you when your door is locked or unlocked but lets you know when power is lost in your home. You can also lock and unlock your door from anywhere.
