we have not had any issues with this lock. We got two, for front and back door. The front door was older so it was harder to fit but we managed.

My son never seems to remember his key so this was the solution to him trying to find his way into a locked house. So far so good.

So far so good. Able to unlock door remotely, set up different passwords for guests who are visiting. Exactly what I was looking for.

Works like a charm. I love how you can setup temporary guest passcode that expires so you don't have you give your actual code.

Good smartlock if you are into the nest ecosystem. The thing that I don't like about it is sometimes it disconnects to the internet and it's hard to connect back. But other than that it's a good smartlock.

being able to check your phone knowing that the door is locked is a peace of mind. i couldn't think of anything better. I have four of them and i will be adding more

This product works as advertised and we could not rent out the lake house without it. Shows when they arrive and when they leave without effecting their privacy.

This was surprisingly easy to set up and program. No more carrying a key or searching in your purse for a key or driving home to let someone in.

I'm in love with Nest and the products that can mesh with the Google interface ! Makes the home living experience so much more efficient !

No professional required for installation. Can be locked remotely via the Nest app. Have history of all locking and unlocking and by whom. Excellent customer support.

I didn’t give it a 5 because the door doesn’t recognize if the lock isn’t in the door jam. You can click the lock and the phone will show its locked needs improvement in this area. Otherwise great product

Works great reliable and super easy to setup my only complaint is the fact that it’s it compatible with google and not Alexa

This is great to give individuals a separate code and limit access times! I know when soneone arrives also when they leave. I can also open yhe door from my phone

Yale lock is great. Would definitely recommend getting it for your home/house.

I already have the Nest thermostat and doorbell and was happy with both of them. Setup was easy and I like having all of my Nest items on a single app
