    Not installed properly. Bolt gets stuck. Have to play with it to use lock. You should return and reinstall.

    This lock works really well, makes coming and going much more convenient than fumbling for keys, and erases the worry of getting locked out. The only downside is the keypad is not super sensitive, so sometimes it doesn’t read that you pressed a key.
