The lock is really expensive to have unrealible nest connect connection! It went offline often and none of the nest troubleshoot instructions helped! You have to manually factory reset to have everything back online again. Very annoying and unrealizable! This product is yet to be relied on.

This lock works very well and give you peace of mind. Are used to leave the house and question whether or not the door is locked but not anymore.

I bought this lock simply because I wanted a smart lock and found this one that I thought would fulfill my needs and liked the Nest partnership. Unfortunately, after hours of time wasted troubleshooting and speaking to Nest customer service - this lock never would work because of the nest connect it comes with. Apparently there is a known issue that the Nest connect (required for lock to be a smart lock) does not work well with a lot of routers. I have a highly rated Netgear Nighthawk router and could not believe that, of all things, that would be an issue. Not sure why it is incompatible, and Nest could not offer much insight. I have a lot of smart home devices, mostly controlled by Amazon Alexa (which this lock is also incompatible with), that never have had any issues connecting, so not sure what the issue is with compatibility but I suggest thinking twice before buying this expensive lock. I ended up buying the Yale Assure smart lock (good deal if on sale)that is compatible with Alexa and Apple Homekit and it works well for what I need.

Replaced my Kevo lock with this much superior electronic smart lock. My Kevo always had to be reset to work, which drove me crazy. This lock has not failed me yet and works like a charm. Does all that it claims and was very easy to install. Love it.

We love this lock. It has different settings so you can customize it to your family's likings. But my favorite part is it's compatibility with Google home. You can check if the door is locked and lock it. But for safety purposes, you can't unlock it.

It works so far so good. Volume changed on me. Not sure if I did it from a touch but need to play with it more.
