Very Good Lock and convenient

When you use the option to set the time interval, it does not seem to work properly and auto locks withing 30 seconds. So I have disabled it. Also the nest connect has lot connection with the nest app several times and I had to delete and add it again to work. I have other Nest products like the Door Bell and Thermostat which were working fine when next connect went offline which caused the lock to go offline in the NEST app.

Just one remark... if you leave the door open and the auto lock features active (not the one related to your location) it will lock but your door still open. It should have a sensor on the deadbolt to identify if the door is opened or closed before locking it. Other than that, amazing product!

It has lightened my load on my keyring, and provided some much quality of life improvement. I could leave my house with my car key only if I wanted to. I love the ability to unlock from my phone - as a first time mom I am very busy with our little one. if someone is at the door then I can unlock from my phone (Nest app) and tell my guest to come in via the Nest doorbell.

The best looking smart lock

Over all, we really like it, and it's SUPER convenient to be able to give a code to friends and family (or pet-sitters) when needed. The integration into the Nest and Google Home apps is nice, though it could be more integrated into the Google Home app since they're moving away from the Nest app. The keypad is also the sleekest-looking smart lock we've found, while also supporting 9V-battery emergency power in case the internal batteries failed (since it doesn't have a keyhole).
