Very scary stuff but fortunately this awoke us to call police and make sure we were not in danger. Looking at getting the Nest cameras next but this was huge relief thanks to this product. Great functionality as well.

I can unlock the door b4 arriving home

I purchased this item around 6 months ago and now I’m having issues when locking the door from outside. There is no obstruction and sometimes takes 3 attempts to lock the door and the weirdest thing is that the lock locks itself and keeps repeating that lock cannot completely close and is fully closed.

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first weekend we had it installed, I created a temporary passcode for our friend who was going to let our dog in and out throughout the weekend. However, the temporary passcode did not work, and we kept receiving various errors about it. Instead, anytime our friend got to our house, she had to text us and we would have to use the app to go in and lock or unlock the door at that time.

Great addition to your front door

The fact that it can be controlled by my Nest app makes it just that much better. Installation can be a little cumbersome but is manageable by anyone with basic handyman skills.
