Its a good router. sometimes you have to give it a good smack for it to work correctly, but in average it works. I would get another reliable one. It has been like this since I got it, but I need internet 24/7.

The modem is working okay. I had just updated from a 16 to this 32 and was expect a little boost in speed but no difference in speed. The 16 was dropping out after two years of operation, so I figure it was time to change.

Comcast had a very difficult time getting this modem to work with their Network. Netgear tech support was no help at all. I felt like I was talking to a child while speaking to them. In the end it's working but not great.

I would highly recommend this modem. Replaced a modern/ router to couple up with our Linksys whole house routers.

Works fine, however if you plan on using this for Spectrum and you have the upgraded 1GB speeds. This will not work. Your speeds will be throttled. Even though it is advertised to work for 1Gb speeds. Spectrum requires DOCIS 3.1 and this has version 3.0.

Purchased this in hopes to get better speeds. Paired it with the nighthawk ac1900 but didn’t make much of a difference. Probably works better for others. Didn’t work out for me.

Very easy to install. Noticed an increase in WiFi speeds instantly Paired with the nighthawk router

I can't really tell a difference from my old unit if it is better it can't be by much.

This modem does it all it pushes that internet faster than anything I have ever seen love it

Working great. We have created from the charter modem and it is much faster unless buffering

Bought to replace our Comcast modem and cut the cable. Works great and no more rental fees.

It’s cheap and fast. Hangs up reliably when you least expect it. Will last about a year, but at least I am not paying a lease like on xfinity modems.

Great modem. Works exactly as described. Would definitely buy again if the need arises.

Took too long to set up. Couldnt do from phone, had to do from computer. Monitoring remotely has been difficult using their app

Modem performed fine and was stable. Was concerned about the issues with the Intel chipset stutters and decided to return for a Motorola with a different chipset.

After just 2 years and a few months the modem burned. The modem was in a safe and clean location. It did not fall or experience any excess heat. It just one day burned. I do not recommend this. It is too expensive for it to be this unreliable. I will not be purchasing this brand going forward.

Bought this originally to replace a older Motorola surfboard which was having difficulty interfacing with Comcast Blast. Had to return it and exchange for an Accis unit.

The product was fine but it was the wrong one and I ended up not needing it after all so it was returned

Awesome modem with 1.4 GBps and 32 Channel. Works great with Netgear Orbi

I am rating this three only because I found this router does not have inbuilt WiFi. It’s only a cable modem, with one eithernet port
