    After having fits time and again with Cox-issued modems, I purchased this modem and have had much better luck. Ultimately we found out that our service line had issues which caused a lot of speed issues but still we are having much better luck with our own modem than the rental.

    Installed with Suddenlink 400MB connection and has been working perfectly. Modem is much smaller than picture would make you to believe. Outside design has plenty of vent holes to keep it cooler. Suddenlink tech had no problem activating.
